Release blocks and trauma
What is Breathwork Mastery RBM?
Breathwork Mastery RBM is a conscious, connected body/breath technique that activates an inner, non-mundane experience. This can lead to many internal experiences. One is when thoughts, pains, memories, feelings, or energies held down with the breath surface for release or resolution. The process frees us from limitations caused by previous limiting decisions, beliefs, or conditioning.
The Breathwork Mastery RBM process involves breathing fully, consciously, and connectedly, longer and slower than normal, into the navel and below, the chest and sides of the chest, the collarbones, and above. It expands self-awareness and our individual consciousness. It is about resolving painful events from the past and creating bliss, joy, and ease of living, which are products of resolving our past. Breathwork Mastery RBM is about setting a personal, highly motivating intention and letting the process resolve what stands in the way of that intention. It is about living intentionally for the rest of our lives. Mastery is the art of living at ease, where everything is effortless. It is a system of parasympathetic activation, meaning we move into our comfort zone and expand our self-awareness with ease.
